By accessing or using AI Smart Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

AI Smart Hub provides an AI-powered customer engagement platform including:

• AI chat widgets for websites
• Customer insights and analytics
• Automated workflows and responses
• Email broadcast systems
• Lead management tools
• Team collaboration features

3. Account Registration

You must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use
• Be at least 18 years old

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer Free, Basic, Pro, and Agency plans. Features and limits vary by plan.

4.2 Payments

All payments are processed securely via Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Violate others' intellectual property
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Attempt to breach security measures
• Use AI for harassment or discrimination
• Reverse engineer our systems

6. AI-Generated Content

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI content before use.

7. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your customer data. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us license to process data solely for providing the service.

8. Service Level Agreement

We target 99.9% uptime. Paid plans include support response within 24 hours. Free plan support is best-effort.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard. Data is deleted within 30 days of cancellation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Smart Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
